Product Owner

You will run a product area from strategy through delivery: deciding what gets built, keeping the backlog honest, and making sure the team ships things that move a metric rather than things that merely close tickets.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your area and defend the reasoning behind it
• Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from
• Prioritise the backlog against business impact, effort and risk
• Run planning, refinement and review cycles with design, engineering and analytics
• Track how released features perform and decide what to iterate on or roll back

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on a live consumer product
• Track record of shipping features and reporting on their impact with real numbers
• Comfortable with SQL or a BI tool for answering your own questions
• Ability to say no clearly and explain the trade-off behind it
• English at B2 or above
