Fairness is easy to claim and harder to demonstrate, so this post looks at the mechanics behind it.
Every game outcome on the platform is produced by a certified random number generator supplied by the game studio and tested by an independent laboratory. Those tests examine the distribution of millions of simulated rounds and confirm that published return-to-player figures match actual behaviour. Certificates are issued per title, not per operator, and are re-checked on a fixed cycle.
On our side, results are recorded in an append-only game history. Every round a player takes part in can be retrieved with its bet, outcome and timestamp, which means any disputed session can be reconstructed exactly rather than argued from memory.
Account security supports the same goal. Identity verification, device checks and payment screening exist to keep one person behind one account, which is what makes tournament leaderboards and bonus eligibility meaningful.
We publish the licences we hold and the laboratories we work with, and our support team can point any player to the certificate for a specific game on request.
