We're looking for an SMM specialist to manage and grow our social presence.

You will run our social channels day to day — planning what goes out, writing it, and turning the response into something the rest of the team can learn from. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the copy and the numbers behind it.
Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain the content calendar across Telegram, Instagram, X and YouTube
- Write posts and short-form scripts in English, adapting tone to each platform
- Coordinate with design for visuals and with the affiliate team for streamer collaborations
- Run community moderation and respond to comments and direct messages
- Report on reach, engagement and channel growth, and adjust the plan accordingly
Requirements
- 2+ years managing social accounts for a brand or a media project
- Strong writing in English; Russian is a significant advantage
- Working knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools
- Understanding of what is and is not permitted in gambling advertising on each platform
- A portfolio of channels you have grown, with numbers
